How do I know there is a new message for me?
You will get a notification whenever there is a new message in any conversation on which you are a member. You can directly open the conversation and respond to it by touching the notification.
How do I privately chat with a team member?
Create a new general chat with a topic describing the subject of your conversation and add the team member as a participant to the chat. The created chat topic is private and shared only between you and the added member. See Start a chat for more guidance.
How to share photos and other documents?
- Touch the paperclip icon beside the message box
- Choose the source and item type to share:
- Camera - Capture a new photo using your device's camera. Rotate/crop the photo as required before uploading the photo. The photo is instantly added to the chat.
- Photo Library - Browse the picture you want to use from your device gallery. Rotate/crop the photo as required before uploading the photo. The photo is instantly added to the chat.
- Location - Share your current location on a map
- Document - Upload a document file from your device's local storage
- Scan Using Camera - Capture the image of a document using your device camera, edit it for size, orientation, skew correction, etc., and upload it to share.
- Share Event - Schedule an event and share it with your team members
How do I schedule meetings through the chat?
- Touch the paperclip icon beside the message box
- Choose 'Share Event'
- Enter a title and a short description for the event, select criticality, and set the date and time of the event
- Tap 'Send' to just pass the event to your team members.
- Tap 'Set Reminder & Send' to automatically create a reminder on your device for the event, in addition to sending it to other members.
- The event is shown as a message to your team members. They can touch the message to view the details of the event and set a reminder on their devices:
