    Delete an RFI


      Article Summary

      Linarc allows the RFI manager or person with 'Delete' permission to delete an RFI anytime during its lifecycle from their company database. You can use the 'Delete' option during the following instances,

      • If an RFI was created or submitted mistakenly
      • If there are duplicate RFIs for the same issue, you may choose to delete the redundant entries to avoid confusion.
      •  If an RFI becomes obsolete due to changes in project requirements, design modifications, or other factors
      • To remove unnecessary or outdated RFIs to maintain a streamlined and efficient system.

      Delete an RFI

      • Open the project management console of the project
      • Click 'RFI' on the top
      • Select 'Boards' from the options on the left

      The ' RFI' screen shows the project submittals under different stages.

      • Click on an RFI card to open it.

      • Click the delete button on the right and confirm your action

      The RFI is deleted and removed from the project.
