Contractor Schedules

The general contractor can view the individual contractor schedule of each subcontractor involved in the project. The contractor schedules interface allows the general contractor to choose the subcontractor, view the jobs assigned to them with their details, and the breakdown of the assigned items by the subcontractors in detail. This allows the general contractor to analyze the assigned jobs and their progress and revise the master schedule depending on various factors.

The subcontractor schedule view is available only to the general contractor.

To view the contractor schedule of a subcontractor

• Open the project management console
• Click 'Schedule' on the top to open the scheduler module
• Click 'Contractor view'

By default, the interface shows the items assigned to all contractors.

• Use the filter drop-down at the top left to choose the contractor whose schedule you want to view:

The tasks assigned to that contractor are shown with all details. The interface also shows the subtasks and activities added by the subcontractor as a breakdown of assigned tasks for pushing to the field with their timelines, progress, etc.
