Chat and collaborate on an RFI

The collaboration feature in the RFI module lets you have a context-based conversation to chat with the participants of an RFI. The conversation helps you have real-time communication with the other parties, like the project managers of the GC, architects, engineers, and other subcontractors in the workflow of an RFI, to clarify your doubts, get opinions, and so on.

The conversations are item-specific and include only selected participants who are involved in the RFI workflow. This ensures that any sensitive information, data, and digital assets are shared only between the entitled people involved in the specific context. You have control over who gets which information.
