    Edit your company details


      Article Summary

      Your company management console shows the details of your company. The left-hand side navigation contains menu items for management activities like adding and managing employees, equipment, vendors, etc.

      • Click 'Company' on the top.

      You can add missing details or edit the populated details if required.

      • Click the pencil button at the top right
      • Change the following details as required;

      Basic Information:

      • Company name  - The registered name of your construction business organization
      • Company pin - The registered pin of your construction business organization in the Linarc database
      • Year started - When the organization commenced its business
      • Website - The URL of your company website
      • Main location - Where your office is situated. You can choose the location using the map.
      • Plus code – Auto populated. The system creates a code based on the longitude/latitude of the office location for easy access. The code will be helpful for delivery and courier services to find your office location.
      • Phone - Your office phone number with country code

      Admin contact:

      • First name and Last name – Your full name
      • Email  -  Your email address
      • Phone  - Your contact number, with country code

      Business Information:

      • Contractor business type - Choose your business category, whether you are a main/general contractor, sub-contractor, architect, and so on.
      • Company sub-type - Choose your line of business, like building, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc.

      Company Logo:

      Linarc lets you white-label your management console with your company logos. You need to upload the image files of the logos for this.

      • Logo – Click the '+' button to upload your company logo image. The logo is shown at the top left of your console.  

      •  Click the 'Save' button at the top right for your settings to take effect. Now you have associated your company with Linarc.

      You can add your employees, with different roles, to Linarc, so they can log in to your portal and collaborate with others. Access to different interfaces of the Linarc platform depends on the role.
