      The 'Sheet Usage' screen offers a detailed overview of how plan sheets are linked as attachments across critical project documents. The screen allows you to:

      • Identify the plan sheets referenced in a specific project document of interest.
      • View all documentation items where a particular plan sheet is used as a reference.

      This feature provides a comprehensive view, allowing the construction team to easily track which plan sheets are most frequently referenced throughout the project lifecycle.

      To view the plan sheet usage

      • Open the management console for the project
      • Click the app launcher  , then select 'Documents.'
      • Click 'Plans' on the top
      • Select 'Sheet Usage' on the left.

      The screen displays a list of all instances where a plan sheet is linked to a document item, along with detailed information for each reference.

      • Sheet No. - The sheet number of the plan drawing. Click the sheet number to open the latest version of the sheet.
      • Sheet Name - The label of the plan sheet. Click the sheet name to open the latest version of the sheet. 
      • Sheet Version - The version number of the sheet referenced in that item
      • Sheet Disclipine - The division of work to which the plan sheet pertains
      • Linked Module - The type of document 
      • Linked Item - The title of the document item
      • Linked By - The user who attached the plan sheet
      • Linked on - The date of the event
