The Project Portfolio Submittals report shows a statistical overview of numbers of the submittals pertaining to the projects you manage. The table intuitively breaks down the number of the items based on their statuses and criticality. The report also provides shortcuts to the Submittal module of the respective projects.

Roles and Permissions

The Project Portfolio report is available only to users with 'View' permission for the portfolio reports enabled in their role.

View the portfolio Submittal report

Login to your project portfolio management console
Click 'Documents' on the top, then select 'Submittals' on the left

Project - The name of the project. Click the name to open the 'Submittals' module of the respective project. See View Submittals for more details.
Total Submittal Items - The grand total number of submittals pertaining to the project
Overdue - The number of submittals whose due dates have past
Status
- Drafts - The submittals created by you and yet to be routed.
- Approved - The submittals that are approved and waiting for signature or closure
- Open - The submittals that are set up with a workflow but yet to be routed for response
- In Progress - The submittals that are waiting for a response to attend as a submitter, reviewer, or approver
- Rejected - The submittals that are declined by the approver
- Revised - The submittals that are requested for a revision by the reviewer or the approver and yet to be resubmitted.
- Closed - The Submittals that were reviewed, approved, and closed by GC
- Submitted - The Submittals that were presented by the submitter and awaiting review and approval
Priority - Shows the numbers of submittals with different criticality levels - 'High,' 'Medium,' and 'Low.'

Search and filter options:

Use the 'Search' box at the top left to find the projects or projects with a specified number of submittals in any category by using the name or number as search criteria
Click the icon to select the projects to show or hide in the list
Click the icon at the top-right to select the columns to show or hide
