View Global RFI Statistics

The Project Portfolio RFI report shows a statistical summary of the RFIs pertaining to projects you manage. The table intuitively breaks down the number of RFIs based on their statuses and criticality. The report also provides shortcuts to the RFI module of the respective projects.

View the portfolio RFI report

• Login to your project management console
• Click 'Documents' on the top, then select 'RFI' on the left

• Project - The name of the project. Click the name to open the RFI module of the project. See View RFIs for more details.
• Total RFI Items - The grand total number of RFI pertaining to the project 
• Overdue - The number of RFIs whose due dates have past
• Status
  • Open - RFIs that are applied with a workflow but yet to be routed for response
  • Drafts - RFIs created by your company staff but yet to be applied with a workflow and routed. 
  • Routed -  RFIs that are in progress and awaiting an answer 
  • Answered - RFIs that are responded to by the party with the answer but awaiting review, approval or closure  
  • Closed - RFIs that were reviewed, approved, and closed by GC 
  • Cancel - RFIs that are rejected by the GC as they are trivial or invalid
  • Duplicate - RFIs that are of the same subject
• Priority - Shows the numbers of RFIs with different criticality levels. High, Medium. and Low.
• Schedule Impact - The number of RFIs whose subject affects the timeline of the associated task(s) 
• Cost Impact - The number of RFIs whose context affects the budget or incurs extra expenses to the project.  

Search and filter options:

• Use the 'Search' box at the top left to find the projects or projects with a specified number of RFIs in any category by using the name or number as search criteria
• Click the icon to select the projects to show or hide in the list
• Click the icon at the top-right to select the columns to show or hide

• Click the  icon at the top-right to download the list portfolio RFI report as an Excel file
