View activity log of workflow items

Linarc's Activity log feature records and tracks the events that occur over the lifecycle of a workflow item. Anyone, be it the GC, SC, or Architect, who is included as a responder, reviewer, or watcher, can view the activity log. They can help you keep track of the tasks you have completed and those that are still pending.

You can view the activity log of the following workflow items:

• RFI
• Submittals and
• Change orders

The activity log assists you in finding 

• The activity performed by the previous responder
• The name, designation, and company of the previous responder
• The date and time stamp of the actions performed

To View an activity log 

Open the RFI, Submittal, or change order screen for which you would like to see the activity log.

• Locate the activity log on the right.

The latest activity on the item displays chronologically. You can scroll down to see the activities performed earlier. 

View the Activity log as a watcher.

Team members who are added as watchers get a notification on their portal whenever an activity is performed on the workflow item. 

• Click the notifications icon at the top-right of the interface.

The notifications pane opens on the right with the list of alerts.

• Click on the notification to open the activity log directly.
