The Payroll Console

The cloud-based Linarc payroll system has the capability of automatically fetching the attendance records of your employees from their time cards and periodically generating payrolls as configured. This reduces manual work of entering the time card data for each employee for every payroll generation cycle. The automatically generated payroll reports are sent to a specified email address at every payroll cycle. You can also manually download required payroll reports at any time. 

The payroll console lets you configure the system for the periodic payroll generation, set up hourly base wage rates of your employees, configure shift differential rates and overtime rates, and more. 

In addition to automated payroll generation, you can manually create on-demand payrolls. This is useful if payroll entries for some persons fail in an automated payroll after reconciling those entries.

The menu items on the left provide you access to various components of the payroll console:

• Current Payroll - See and peruse the payroll for the period from the date of last payroll generation to the current date. See View Current Payroll for more details. 
• All Payrolls - View the list of all payrolls generated so far and download required payroll reports as PDF files. See View and Download Payrolls for more details. 
• Costing and Rates - Upload and update the hourly base wage rates of your employees. See Manage Employee Hourly Rates for more details.
• Setup - Configure shifts, shift differential rates, overtime rates, payroll generation dates, and more. See Configure Payroll Settings for more details.
