    The Equipment Interface

      The 'Equipment' interface of the project management portal lets project managers of general and subcontractors view the equipment requests generated by the foremen involved in the project, approve or cancel requests and generate their own requests. They can also view the list of equipment on the construction site.

      Access the 'Equipment ' interface

      • Open the management portal of the project
      • Click 'Site' > 'Equipment' on the left

      The interface has two tabs:

      • Requests - Shows the equipment requests generated for various tasks for the project, for which the pieces of equipment are yet to be dispatched, or the dispatch is in progress. You can review the requests created by the foremen and cancel inappropriate or redundant requests. You can also create new requests on behalf of others from this interface.       • Onsite - Shows the list of equipment in operation or idle on the site. You can track the pieces of equipment that are onsite beyond their scheduled dates and take measures to return them. See View equipment onsite for more details.
