    Respond to a conversation on an RFI


      Article Summary

      You will get notified whenever there is a new message in any of the conversations in which you are a member. The notification is shown as the total count of new messages in all chats at the 'Collaboration' icon on the top. An example is shown below:

      • Click 'Collaboration' on the left to open the list of conversations.

      The number at the right of a topic indicates the count of new, unread messages in that chat. 

      • Use the drop-down at the top right to filter the conversations that belong to the RFIs:

      • Select a conversation to view its content and respond to it

      The right pane shows the messages and image attachments from the participants in chronological order.

      • Enter your response message at the textbox at the bottom
      • Use the options at the bottom to format your text
      • Click the image icon to attach image files from your local storage to the chat
      • Click the blue arrowbutton to send your message

      All selected participants will get notifications on the 'Collaboration' icon on the left menu.

      The options on the top allow you to perform various actions in the conversation:

      • Click to add new participants to the conversation.
      • Click to view the list of members in the conversation 
      • Click to view,  download, or copy the attachment images
      Tip:
      Alternatively, you can open the RFI and click the  icon on the top right to chat.
