Attach plan sheet markups

The foreman app lets you attach plan sheets with markups to illustrate and annotate the task progress. Examples include markups showing spots of task execution and progress, providing guidance, reporting status, etc. These attachments serve multiple purposes, mainly the daily field reports. You can directly choose a plan from the plans repository, add required markups and attach it to the task.

To attach a plan sheet

• Tap the 'Planned' or 'Pulled' tab
• Tap a task to open its task management screen

• Tap 'Attachments'

• Select 'Plan Sheets' from the options

All plan drawings added for the project are shown as thumbnails.

• Select the plan you want to attach

• Optional. Tap the button at the bottom right to add markings. See Markups for guidance on using the markup tools.
• Repeat the process to add more markups
• Tap the button

• Tap 'Publish'

• Enter a name to the plan sheet attachment and tap 'OK'

The plan sheet gets attached to the task and shared with other team members through the daily reports.

• Repeat the process at any time to attach plan sheets.
